Logs Perl Module
Abstract
A perl module designed to read and parse the voluminous set of event or accounting log files produced by a Portable Batch System (PBS) server. This module can filter on date-time and/or record type. The data can be returned in a variety of formats.

This paper describes a solar cell module efficiency of 22.7% independently measured at Sandia National Laboratories. This is the highest ever confirmed efficiency for a photovoltaic module of this size achieved by cells made from any material. This 778-cm{sup 2} module used 40 large-area double layer antireflection coated PERL (passivated emitter, rear locally-diffused) silicon cells of average efficiency of 23.1%. A textured front module surface considerably improve the module efficiency. Also reported is an independently confirmed efficiency of 23.7% for a 21.6 cm{sup 2} cell of the type used in the module. Using these PERL cells in the 1996 Worldmore »

Development of fuel oil management system software: Phase 1, Tank management module
The Fuel Oil Management System (FOMS) is a micro-computer based software system being developed to assist electric utilities that use residual fuel oils with oil purchase and end-use decisions. The Tank Management Module (TMM) is the first FOMS module to be produced. TMM enables the user to follow the mixing status of oils contained in a number of oil storage tanks. The software contains a computational model of residual fuel oil mixing which addresses mixing that occurs as one oil is added to another in a storage tank and also purposeful mixing of the tank by propellers, recirculation or convection.Themore » -
Software analysis document for DOEDEF Translator Module Pool A
The Department of Energy Data Exchange Format (DOEDEF) Translator Module Pool A (hereafter referred to as the ''pool'') is intended to reduce the manpower required to rewrite the DOEDEF translator software already in existence throughout the Department of Energy Nuclear Weapons Complex (DOE NWC). Each portion of the DOEDEF exchange system and therefore each site's DOEDEF translator software must be rewritten during the transition from Phase 1.0 to Phase 1.5 of DOEDEF. By providing a pool, some of which (if not all) can be used by multiple NWC sites, the effort required to move from Phase 1.0 to Phase 1.5more » -
The ASSESS (Analytic System and Software for Evaluating Safeguards and Security) Outsider module with multiple analyses
The Analytic System and Software for Evaluating Safeguards and Security (ASSESS) includes modules for analyzing vulnerabilities against outsider and insider adversaries. The ASSESS Outsider Analysis Module has been upgraded to allow for defining, analyzing, and displaying the results of multiple analyses. Once a set of threat definitions have been defined in one Outsider file, they can be readily copied to other Outsider files. This multiple analysis, or batch, mode of operation provides an efficient way of covering the standard DOE outsider threat spectrum. A new approach for coupling the probability of interruption, P(I), values and values calculated by the ASSESSmore » -
Reading USAC project: vehicle management computer program module, release number one. Software
A tape was made which contains the USAC Municipal Vehicle Management Module for the Reading, Pennsylvania, Integrated Municipal Information System (IMIS). The programs included on this tape produce from input cards a fuel consumption report. The cards are edited and then used as input to the program that produces a report by vehicle within Bureau showing fuel consumed during the reporting period. Totals are produced by vehicle by Bureau, and by fuel distribution point. There are 2 programs recorded on the tape. 32K bytes of core storage are needed to operate this module on a UNIVAC Model 9300 II computer.more »
