The 1994 EPRI Workshop on Primary Water Stress Corrosion Cracking (PWSCC) of Alloy 600 in PWRs -- held November 15--17, 1994, in Tampa, Florida -- attracted more than 110 representatives from domestic and overseas utilities, PWR vendors, research laboratories, and consulting organizations. The workshop included sessions on PWSCC experience; inspections, repairs, and remedial measures; stress and thermal analysis; PWSCC susceptibility of alloy 600; crack initiation and growth; and strategic planning models for managing PWSCC of alloy 600. This document provides appendices C,D,E,F and G to this report.
