Approximate solution of the three-dimensional inverse problem for nonlifting bodies with optimum cavitation characteristics
A formulation and method of solving the three-dimensional inverse problem fluid mechanics are proposed and examples of their application to the design of bodies of revolution with optimum cavitation characteristics for given overall dimensions are presented.
