Classified and UCNI STI products can be provided electronically via the AN 241.5 [1]. Although this form is a fillable PDF, it should be downloaded on a classified system before entering data.
· Acceptable electronic media file formats are PDF (searchable or non-searchable), or Other (Word, HTML, XML, ASCII, WordPerfect, and TIFFG4).
· Will be accepted in physical media types such as DVDs, CDs, videocassettes, etc.
· Electronic classified/UCNI STI products that are saved to DVDs or CDs are to be submitted to OSTI through appropriate security/mail channels.
