An announcement from November, 2004:  As mentioned on the last STIP teleconference, the DOE R&D Project Summaries web site has been updated with several improvements. You will find the data call letter, guidance for data submission, and other documents on the web site at www.osti.gov/researchanddevelopment and clicking "Information" in the tool bar. Although not directly related to the STI process, this information is being provided for those who may be involved at your lab/facility.
