Title: Evaluation of Potential Water Intrusion Sources Tank 241-AY-101

Abstract

This report documents the results of evaluation of potential sources of external water intrusion into Tank 241-AY-101. Two sources of water intrusion have been identified that have the potential to contribute to leakage into the tank annulus. These sources have include natural storm-induced run-on and run-off, and leakage from water lines located above the tank dome.
