Progress is reported in the study of O/sup +/states in even-even Ce nuclides, cluster states in N = 85 nuclides, isomerism in /sup 148/Pr, and levels of /sup 148/La populated in the decay of 0.64-sec. /sup 148/Ba. Facility development is briefly described, and abstracts of submitted papers are included. Other studies of fission product nuclides, neutron-deficient nuclides, and nuclear reaction mechanisms are reviewed. (WHK)
