Implementation and application of RCP system at BNL

The implementation of the RCP01 Monte Carlo system at the Brookhaven National Laboratory Central Scientific Computing Facility is described. Newly written system independent software is stressed. Finally, initial benchmarking experience and an LWR core physics application are described.
