A model was developed to simulate the transport of electrons, positrons, and {gamma}-photons of energies ranging from 0.001 to 100 MeV in laminate multicomponent structures. The software environment created for this program facilitates the following: modeling the radiation source, preparing the structure to be investigated (materials and geometry), controlling the imitation of particle penetration through the layers, and analyzing the absorbed doses and the spectra of primary knocked-off atoms.
