Hanford Chemical Processing Plan; Fiscal year 1989
This document presents the Hanford Chemical Processing Plan (HCPP) for Fiscal year (FY) 1989. The Plan supports the Chemical Processing FY 1989 Budget Plan and provides the technical basis for outyear capital budget planning. The HCPP provides production missions for the Chemical Processing activities at Hanford through FY 2004. As such, this document provides the methodology for prioritization of capital funds and identifies when decisions need to be made in regard to mission flexibility and funding approval. This document identifies the capital improvements and technology development required to maintain the processing capability to meet the defined goals and operating schedules of the mission alternatives. Further, this document provides a plan which programs (i.e., Waste Management, Defense Reactors, Landlord) and other Hanford activities can use as a basis for future planning. This document also provides the basis for future budget planning. 20 refs.
