We have searched in p{bar p} collisions at {radical}(s) =1.8 TeV for events with three charged leptons and missing transverse energy. In the minimal supersymmetric standard model, we expect trilepton events from chargino-neutralino ({tilde {chi}}{sup {plus_minus}}{sub 1}{tilde {chi}}{sup 0}{sub 2}) pair production, with subsequent decay into leptons. We observe no candidate e{sup +}e{sup {minus}}e{sup {plus_minus}}, e{sup +}e{sup {minus}}{mu}{sup {plus_minus}}, e{sup {plus_minus}}{mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup {minus}}, or {mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup {minus}}{mu}{sup {plus_minus} } events in 106 pb{sup {minus}1} integrated luminosity. We present limits on the sum of the branching ratios times cross section for the four channels: {sigma}{sub {tilde {chi}}{sup {plus_minus}}{sub 1}{tilde {chi}}{sup 0 }{sub 2}}B({tilde {chi}}{sup {plus_minus}}{sub 1}{tilde {chi}}{sup 0}{sub 2}{r_arrow}3{ell}+X){lt}0.34 pb , M{sub {tilde {chi}}{sup {plus_minus}}{sub 1}}{gt}81.5 GeV/c{sup 2} , and M{sub {tilde {chi}}{sup 0}{sub 2 }}{gt}82.2 GeV /c{sup 2} for tan{beta}=2 , {mu}={minus}600 GeV/c{sup 2} , and M{sub {tilde q}}=M{sub {tilde g} } . {copyright} {ital 1998} {ital The American Physical Society}
