Application of analytic methods: environmental control R and D planning model. Model description and user's manual. Research Project 2040. Final report
The goal of this project was to develop and transfer a usable, interactive computer model to aid in R and D planning and portfolio selection in the general area of environmental control hardware. The Environmental Control R and D Planning (ECRP) Model is an interactive computer model designed to help managers in EPRI's Environmental Control Systems Department evaluate the consequences of different R and D strategies. This two part report describes the model and how to use it. The first part is a multi-level description of the model, designed for both technical and non-technical readers. The second part, printed on the grey pages, is a User's Manual that describes the input and output options. 13 figures, 13 tables.
