The Monitoring Methodology Handbook presents a uniform set of guidelines for designing and implementing field monitoring projects for residential heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems. The handbook consists of two parts; the first part describes planning and implementation methods, the second part describes currently available monitoring-equipment/data-analysis techniques. The handbook was designed to be used by a graduate engineer with some instrumentation experience.
