Proceedings: EPRI/NRC/TPC workshop on seismic soil-structure interaction analysis techniques using data from Lotung, Taiwan: Volume 2
A two-and-a-half-day workshop on evaluation of seismic soil-structure interaction (SSI) analysis techniques was held in Palo Alto on December 9--11, 1987. The workshop was co-sponsored by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and the Taiwan Power Company (TPC) as part of the joint research program on SSI method evaluation. The primary objective of the workshop was to provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of the blind prediction analyses and results comparisons against the forced vibration test measurements and recorded earthquake response data from the EPRI/TPC large-scale seismic experiment in Lotung, Taiwan, Republic of China. These proceedings contain the text of the presentation materials as well as the summaries of panel session discussions.
