This casebook provides an introduction to the rapidly evolving field of environmental law. In the first section of this work, the author examines the procedure and remedies, as well as the substantive law, of environmental litigation. The two following sections explore statutory and common law approaches to the problems of air and water pollution. The final section of the volume departs from the traditional stuff of environmental practice by examining the problems of litigation in the field of population growth and distribution.
