Analysis of state Superfund programs: 50-state study, 1990 update

Updates a study initially conducted in 1989 by the Environmental Law Institute for OERR. The study examines site cleanup capabilities in all 50 States and provides descriptions of statutes, program organization, funding and cleanup procedures. This revised version also contains an analysis of political subdivision involvement in the cleanup process. The report provides detailed information for each State in a 'State Summaries' chapter and in 50-State tables that facilitate comparisons between States.
