Concerning proposed superconducting fluctuations in the electrical resistivity of bulk aluminum

Bulk superconducting fluctuation contributions to rounding of the electrical resistivity of Al just above T/sub c/ are demonstrated to be at least 5 to 10 times smaller than claimed recently by Sinvani, Levy, and Greenfield. Metallurgical artifacts provide a more plausible explanation for all of the measured rounding.
