This bibliography contains citations concerning the forecasting and prediction of earthquakes by observation and measurement of changes in ground water and gaseous emissions prior to the seismic event. Detection and measurement of changes in gas emissions, primarily in radon emission, from fault lines, ground water, and well holes in earthquake-prone areas is considered. Ground water chemistry level changes of subsurface waters, and changes in conductive properties of ground water are presented.
