Title: REACTION KINETICS OF RADIATION-INDUCED SOLID STATE POLYMERIZATION OF CYCLIC MONOMERS (in Japanese)

>It is found that the cyclic monomers such as trioxane, diketene, BETA - propiolactone, 3,3-bischloromethylcycloxabutane, and cyanuric chloride polymerize easily by gamma or electron irradiation oniy in the solid state. It is supposed that some ring compounds, especially the four-membered ring compounds, have a strained structure and may be polymerized within a crystalline lattice if they are properly arranged.
