The purpose of this investigation is to provide a preliminary probabilistic assessment of potential credible human intrusion events at WIPP (Waste Isolation Pilot Plant) that could compromise the natural containment system envisioned to be provided by the surrounding geology to isolate wastes from people and the environment.
