Main features of photostimulated ion transport in heterojunctions based on mixed ion-electron (hole) conductors and the model of a thin-film ion accelerator
- National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Frantsevich Institute for Problems of Materials Science (Ukraine)
The main features of photostimulated ion transport in heterostructures based on mixed ion-electron (hole) conductors are considered. It is shown that, using correctly chosen physical factors and a heterostructure of special design, one can implement efficient ion acceleration and thus develop a thin-film ion accelerator.
