Recent low energy (e,2e) experimental results on calcium in doubly symmetric kinematics are analyzed by using distorted-wave Born approximation theory. The final state electron-electron correlation is included through angle-dependent effective charges and exchange distortion in semiclassical local approximation. It is found that the present results are able to qualitatively reproduce most features of the recently reported experimental data.
