This article describes the development and applications for the multipurpose ROV, in the context of off-shore oil operations. The MRV ROV`s are modular, flexible, highly reliable. The bolted aluminum repairable frame and 5-ton through frame lift capability increase their versitility along with the fact that all vertical sides serve as working fronts.
