Title: Materials Data on SiBO3 by Materials Project

BOSiO2 is (Cubic) Perovskite structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of one boron molecule and one SiO3 framework. In the SiO3 framework, Si is bonded to six equivalent O atoms to form corner-sharing SiO6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°. All Si–O bond lengths are 1.75 Å. O is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Si atoms.
