Materials Data on PaCo3 by Materials Project
PaCo3 is Uranium Silicide structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Pa is bonded to twelve equivalent Co atoms to form PaCo12 cuboctahedra that share corners with twelve equivalent PaCo12 cuboctahedra, edges with twenty-four equivalent CoPa4Co8 cuboctahedra, faces with six equivalent PaCo12 cuboctahedra, and faces with twelve equivalent CoPa4Co8 cuboctahedra. All Pa–Co bond lengths are 2.69 Å. Co is bonded to four equivalent Pa and eight equivalent Co atoms to form CoPa4Co8 cuboctahedra that share corners with twelve equivalent CoPa4Co8 cuboctahedra, edges with eight equivalent PaCo12 cuboctahedra, edges with sixteen equivalent CoPa4Co8 cuboctahedra, faces with four equivalent PaCo12 cuboctahedra, and faces with fourteen equivalent CoPa4Co8 cuboctahedra. All Co–Co bond lengths are 2.69 Å.
