A measuring arrangement based on digital compensators is described which can be used to determine the complex division factor 12 of inductive voltage dividers (IVD) atextremely low frequencies. The error of division at 1Hz, related to the division factor 12 at 32 Hz, was evaluated as 18.7 ppm {+-} 3.3 ppm (1{sigma}) in magnitude and -4.5 m{degrees} {+-} 0.42 m{degrees} (1{sigma}) in phase for an IVD selected as an example.
