TSIP
Abstract
TSIP serves as a planning and training tool and decision aid for emergency managers responsible for protecting the public from hazardous vapor releases. For situations where the target population is sheltering in place, rather than evacuating. TSIP analyzed multiple variables to determine the optimum time to exit shelter to minimize toxic effects.
