Materials Data on Mn3Rh by Materials Project
Mn3Rh is Uranium Silicide structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Mn is bonded to eight equivalent Mn and four equivalent Rh atoms to form distorted MnMn8Rh4 cuboctahedra that share corners with twelve equivalent MnMn8Rh4 cuboctahedra, edges with eight equivalent RhMn12 cuboctahedra, edges with sixteen equivalent MnMn8Rh4 cuboctahedra, faces with four equivalent RhMn12 cuboctahedra, and faces with fourteen equivalent MnMn8Rh4 cuboctahedra. All Mn–Mn bond lengths are 2.55 Å. All Mn–Rh bond lengths are 2.55 Å. Rh is bonded to twelve equivalent Mn atoms to form RhMn12 cuboctahedra that share corners with twelve equivalent RhMn12 cuboctahedra, edges with twenty-four equivalent MnMn8Rh4 cuboctahedra, faces with six equivalent RhMn12 cuboctahedra, and faces with twelve equivalent MnMn8Rh4 cuboctahedra.
