This study, conducted by Wallace Industrial Constructors, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The report shows the results of a feasibility study done as a joint venture with Delfino Group to design, build and operate and market a 300 million square foot Oriented Strand Board facility. The report covers the technical process of making the product, as well as environmental considerations and impact.
