Rare B Decays in B-Factory Experiments

Recent results of the charmless B decays from the two B-factories, BABAR and Belle, are presented. These include studies of B {yields} K{pi}, B{sup +} {yields} K{sup +}{pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup -}, B{sup 0} {yields} {rho}{sup 0}{rho}{sup 0}, B{sup 0} {yields} {omega}K*{sup 0}, B {yields} K*l{sup +}l{sup -}, B {yields} {pi}l{sup +}l{sup -}, B{sup +} {yields} p{bar p}K{sup +}, B{sup +} {yields} p{bar p}{pi}{sup +} and B {yields} p{bar p}K*. Findings for the direct CP violation will be addressed.
