We investigate the hidden strange light baryon-meson system. With the resonating-group method, two bound states, η'-N and Φ-N, are found in the quark delocalization color screening model. Focusing on the Φ-N bound state around 1950 MeV, we obtain the total decay width of about 4 MeV by calculating the phase shifts in the resonance scattering processes. To study the feasibility of an experimental search for the Φ-N bound state, we perform a Monte Carlo simulation of the bound state production with an electron beam and a gold target. We present a systematic and self-consistent analysis of four-quark charmonium states and applied it to study compact four-quark systems and meson-meson molecules. Our results are robust and should serve to clarify the situation of charmonium spectroscopy above the threshold production of charmed mesons.

Dynamically generated open and hidden charm meson systems

We will study open and hidden charm scalar meson resonances within two different models. The first one is a direct application of a chiral Lagrangian already used to study flavor symmetry breaking in Skyrme models. In another approach to the problem a SU(4) symmetric Lagrangian is built and the symmetry is broken down to SU(3) by identifying currents where heavy mesons are exchanged and suppressing those. Unitarization in coupled channels leads to dynamical generation of resonances in both models, in particular, a new hidden charm resonance with mass 3.7 GeV is predicted.
