Critical scaling dimension of D-module representations of N=4,7,8 superconformal algebras and constraints on superconformal mechanics

At critical values of the scaling dimension {lambda}, supermultiplets of the global N-extended one-dimensional supersymmetry algebra induce D-module representations of finite superconformal algebras (the latters being identified in terms of the global supermultiplet and its critical scaling dimension). For N=4,8 and global supermultiplets (k,N,N-k), the exceptional superalgebras D(2, 1;{alpha}) are recovered for N=4, with a relation between {alpha} and the scaling dimension given by {alpha}= (2 -k){lambda}. Effective Lagrangian for near-critical technicolor and extended technicolor

At energies small compared to the extended technicolor scale {Lambda} but large compared to the technicolor (TC) scale {Lambda}{sub TC}, the light composite scalars generated by the near-critical high-energy interactions play an important role in the effective dynamics. In this article we construct the effective Lagrangian of such finely tuned high-energy interactions in terms of these composite scalars. Ultraminimal technicolor and its dark matter technicolor interacting massive particles

We introduce an explicit model with technifermion matter transforming according to multiple representations of the underlying technicolor gauge group. The model features simultaneously the smallest possible value of the naive S parameter and the smallest possible number of technifermions. The chiral dynamics is extremely rich. We construct the low-energy effective Lagrangian. We provide both the linearly and nonlinearly realized ones. We then embed, in a natural way, the standard model (SM) interactions within the global symmetries of the underlying gauge theory. Several low-energy composite particles are SM singlets. Z boson propagator correction in technicolor theories with extended technicolor effects included

We calculate the Z boson propagator correction, as described by the S parameter, in technicolor theories with extended technicolor interactions included. Our method is to solve the Bethe-Salpeter equation for the requisite current-current correlation functions. Our results suggest that the inclusion of extended technicolor interactions has a relatively small effect on S.
