Each OSTIblog article is findable by keyword tags specific to the content of the article. A limited tag cloud in the side menu enlarges keywords that appear frequently. A complete alphabetical listing of keyword tags is also available.

OSTI has fielded the beta version of a new science education portal: http://www.scienceeducation.gov or simply SE.gov. Like Science.gov, the SE.gov portal aggregates content from across the Federal government, in this case educational content. But it also has a new, unique feature, in that it sorts content by learning level. My SBIR team is proud to have developed the basis for this feature. It is all a matter of cataloging scientific concepts by learning level.

There are many thousands of websites with content that is suitable for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education. Several thousand of these websites are either Federal or Federally funded. Unfortunately there is no systematic way to find these websites. STEM education content on the web is like a cottage industry with 100,000 cottages and no distributor.
