Funny Metaphor

It's funny to think of any branch of the DOE lighting candles! I'm thinking something more along the lines of Christmas decorations or LED string lights!

In all seriousness, though, that's fantastic news. I for one am underinformed on the DOE, despite it's growing role in how our country operates.
