Actions: 1. Determine appropriate resource levels 2. Determine effective organizational structure Methodology A TQP Resource Management Questionnaire was developed to address the actions above. The scope of the questionnaire broadened to include questions concerning TQP-related definitions, mentorship, and centralization of TQP tasks directly under the FTCP.
