DESCRIPTIONWithout the use of an electronic system for managing Readiness activities, the effort to complete large Readiness reviews would be overwhelming. This system is intended to replace or supplement paper-based administrative tasks performed by Readiness personnel and other involved organizations. RCAPTS helps manage issues and affirmations pertaining to Readiness projects and reviews. This is accomplished through a series of web scripts and a Microsoft Access database.
