There will also be a charge for cases used during the term.
Objectives: You will become familiar with the various components of the
compensation package and the procedures involved in establishing
a pay system that is internally consistent, externally competitive,
and that supports the strategic goals of the company. You will also
be able to intelligently discuss issues associated with compensation
such as pay as a motivator and the pros and cons of performance-
