BIOGRAPHY
Jya-Syin Wu is currently a senior engineer at Raytheon
Systems Company and has been working on the Wide
Area Augmentation System since she joined the company
in 1996. She received her MS and PhD in nuclear science
and engineering from the University of California, Los
Angeles.
Nitin Pandya is a Member of the Technical Staff at
Raytheon Systems Company. He received his BS in
Physics from UCLA and an MS in Physics from UC
Irvine. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Physics from
UC Irvine under a Raytheon Fellowship.
John Angus is Professor of Mathematics at Claremont
