I have not had time to work out a full proof of the hypothetical
frame rule. The following discussion is based on preliminary
work by Peter O'Hearn (\Notes on the Second-Order Frame
Rule"). It limits the HFR to a single hypothesis, and, more
seriously, ignores the store. Many parts of the (potential) proof
are omitted. But I hope the critical aspects have been covered.
