Message from the President
This is a very exciting time for the University of Regina,
and I'm thrilled to be a part of it.
I became President in 2008 and from my perspective, the
timing could not have been better. The University's plan for
the future was up for renewal, and developing a vision and
strategy for the next five years was at the top of the agenda.
Rather than carving out a new strategic plan in isolation, we
reached out to the community as much as possible. Alumni,
students, faculty, staff, government, donors, parents and
members of the public all provided input. There were more
than 100 face-to-face meetings nd over 1,100 responses
to our web surveys.
This community input has formed a confident go-forward
