DepartmentofAdultContinuingEducation
The Department of Adult Continuing Education (DACE) at Swansea
University delivers day and evening courses in the community with
excellent financial and learning support.
Many courses are designed to improve employment related skills and are
across a wide range of subjects. Being part-time, students are able to `earn
and learn'.
The part-time BA (Hons.) degree in Humanities, English or History is delivered
throughout the region, and the MA in Lifelong Learning is delivered in Swansea
and in Pembrokeshire by video conferencing.
In preparation for the part time BA Humanities Degree students can study
on a community based preparation programme aimed at people who are
considering studying at higher education level. The degree and preparation
courses are offered in venues in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire
and Pembrokeshire
