Bike & BOSU:
This intense class combines spinning bikes and BOSU's for a cardio/strength workout.

Boot Camp:
This intense class involves a variety of training from running, walking, plyometrics, strength training and much more! This class is focused on a
total body conditioning in a circuit format. If the weather is OK, this class may venture outside. Regardless, each class will meet in their regular
meeting spot.
