The Big Picture
We want to have a tournament of all types of agents playing against each other to see which is the best. Agents are
positioned in a grid and each of the agents in the grid interact with each of the eight immediate neighbors in separate
repeated play interactions. For simplicity, assume the grid is 15 by 15. Agents along the edges of the grid will "wrap"
around the grid to find eight neighbors. For example, player A will play with each of the yellow neighbors. Player B will
play with each of the blue neighbors.
