W. ANDREW MACKAY ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP
A complete nomination includes two letters of reference, a resume, and a signed nomination form. The
resume should be provided by the nominee. At least one letter of reference must come from a Faculty
member of the Department, College or School and include:
· how long you have known the student;
· their leadership, athletic, volunteer and community involvement; and,
· any special skills, abilities and the rationale for your recommendation.
All materials submitted will be considered confidential.
