polycrystalline thin films
§ Predict : Grain size, shape and texture
as a function of: Deposition Flux, Temperature,
Surface Texture
§ On a PC, Graphical User Interface, Click and go
within minutes.
AssumptionsAssumptions
1) 2 Dimensional simulation
2) Describe facets & grain boundaries with line segments
