Objectives: This course provides an overview of several areas of the law that relate to business
in Canada. The objective of the course is to provide students with procedural and
substantive framework in order to enhance students' ability to recognize and
analyze legal issues and risks that they may face in their career.

Text: Smyth, Soberman and Easson, The Law and Business Administration in Canada, 12th

edition. NO OTHER EDITIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE.
