1. INTRODUCTION
Strategic Advisory Teams
1.1 EPSRC's Strategic Advisory Teams (SATs) are formed by the executive to
advise the Heads of Programmes on the research and training priorities and
strategy within their respective portfolio. Each SAT comprises around 10-12
people representing a range of disciplines, and typically meets two to three times
