Abstract
The featured Internet-based healthcare information
dissemination system was designed based on the premise
that focussed accessibility is a central component in the
empowerment of individuals so as to able to exercise
sound judgement with respect personal health-
maintenance. This requirement necessitates a re-
evaluation and re-design of the information dissemination
process so as to emphasise: (1) customisation based on
