Job Purpose / Position Summary:
The Deputy Registrar (DR) will assist the Registrar in assuring the maintenance, consistent
application, and integrity of procedures employed to securely and appropriately manage student
admissions, enrolment, scheduling, evaluation, and personal and academic records. The DR will
oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Registrar's office, manage projects, supervise
personnel as assigned and play an integral role as a senior member of the Registrar's Office.
Duties and responsibilities / Position Description
Assist the Registrar in all aspects of planning, review, development,
implementation and maintenance of systems and procedures that ensure the
integrity of records related to student admissions, enrolment, scheduling,
evaluation, personal information and academic results.
