Federal appropriations are available as a `pool' of
funding available to the University each financial
aid year for all FWS positions.
· FWS Aid year = August 23, 2011 May 11,2012
· Each FWS Aid year, FWS annual aid is limited to:
Undergrad: Max per student (need
based)
Graduate: Max per student
· The `hiring' department(s) determine the hourly
rate and hours worked.
· If a student is hired by multiple employers, they
all draw upon the same aid limit.
This means that it is important to ask your student if
they are working with another department!
